If you have a love for quilting and sewing and want to learn or advance your skills, The Stitchers' Academy is the place for you.
We offer numerous classes for students at all levels of ability - from beginners to intermediate levels.
So please join us - bring a friend or meet new friends who share your passion.
LIBRARY PASS
The Stitchers' Academy has a large collection of books, magazines (current and old) and patterns related to the quilting, sewing, dressmaking and the fiber arts industry. We are opening our Library for you to enjoy and use. SIT, READ and be INSPIRED !!!
Who We Are
Vicki Niro, owner of The Stitchers' Academy, has 8 years of experience as a paralegal and legal claims administrator for 2 Worcester, Massachusetts law firms.
She left the law field 10 years ago to stay at home with her children and pursue her love of sewing.
She has worked within the sewing community for 10 years as a teacher, sales person and as a certified factory authorized technician for Handi Quilter, Longarm quilting machines.
For the past 4 years she has worked as an independent contractor for Cranston Printworks located in Webster, Massachusetts, a local fabric manufacturer, where she is a published quilt maker and pattern designer.
In addition to her love for quilting she is an accomplished seamstress with extensive alterations knowledge and experience.
Studio Sewing Machines are available for classroom use, reserve yours.

The resident artists of the Sprinkler Factory will be opening their studios to the public. Now is your chance to tour the historic Sprinkler Factory. Meet and see the artists in their element. Sign up for one of the many classes offered: painting, drawings, pottery, lamp work glass, fiber arts, fine pearl jewelry, quilts, enamel jewelry, chain mail jewelry.
